Letter on Centrally Promoting the Standardization and Standardization of Grassroots Government Affairs Disclosure

Offices of the governments (management committees) of each county (city, district), the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, the Municipal Finance Bureau, the Municipal Natural Resources Bureau, the Municipal Ecological Environment Bureau, the Municipal Housing and Construction Bureau, and the Municipal Rural Revitalization Bureau:

In accordance with the State Council’s “On Comprehensively Promoting Grassroots Government Affairs” Guiding Opinions on Standardization and Standardization Work of Disclosure “and relevant provincial requirements, it was decided to focus on promoting the standardization and standardization of grassroots government affairs disclosure in our city starting this month. The relevant matters are now clarified as follows:

1. Main tasks

(1) Standardize column setting.

1. Column settings. County-level portal websites uniformly set up the “Grassroots Government Affairs Disclosure” column in the “Legal Active Disclosure Content” column of the “Government Information Disclosure” platform, with two sub-columns:”Standard Catalog” and “Disclosure Fields”. In order to facilitate disclosure and inquiry, a “Grassroots Government Affairs Disclosure” link can be set up on the home page. Relevant departments of the municipal government will set up corresponding columns in the “Legal Active Disclosure Content” column for areas involving municipal disclosure.

2. Public domain. The “Disclosure Areas” column of county-level portal websites can be linked to the “Grassroots Government Affairs Disclosure” special page to collectively disclose all 32 areas except tax management and areas that should be disclosed by townships (streets) under their jurisdiction. Towns (streets) must actively explore The “Village (Residential) Affairs Disclosure” column is opened in the “Government Information Disclosure” column to disclose important information on a village (community) basis. The city, county, and township levels should ensure that the disclosure areas at the corresponding levels are complete. See the attachment for the disclosure levels involved in each field.

3. 2. Ensure the quality of information disclosure. 2. Relevant requirements
